Fiscal Failure

     Romney's camp often points to his fiscal record as governor of Massachusetts as the best reason for conservatives to support him. Social issues don't matter, they argue (and in doing so ignore their own party's history), it's the economy that matters now. While this argument would be insufficient even if it were true, it is patently obvious that it is false and misleading after even the most rudimentary examination.
